Observation

Window blinds with cords observed in the kitchen window must be removed. Need to add stickers or art work to the sliding glass doors. Need to lock folding closet doors to prevent pinching of children's fingers. Water temperature must measure 80-120 degrees Fahrenheit. Temperature measured at 136 degrees Fahrenheit on 5/10/2021 and measured again 5/11/2021 which measured 64.5 degrees Fahrenheit.
